The song peaked at number 21 in Australia and has been certified platinum. Additionally, the song has peaked inside the 40 in New Zealand, France and Belgium. It has been featured in many different types of media, and can be heard in TV series, such as 90210, One Tree Hill, Parenthood and Suits.
Angus Stone originally recorded the song under the name "Lady of the Sunshine" for his 2009 album ‘Smoking Gun’. But it was then re-recorded with his sister to be released as a duo.
